Full job description
Our client, a leading organization in the cabinetry and furniture manufacturing industry, is seeking a Cabinetry Sander to join their team in Rockledge. As a Cabinetry Sander, you will be part of the Finishing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accountability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cabinetry Sander
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $15.50
Shift: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM (some Saturdays/overtime!)
What's the Job?

Use orbital sander and other tools to sand and prepare cabinets and compartments for finishing

Inspect incoming parts for quality standards and verify own work before moving to the next stage

Prepare surfaces for paint or stain using appropriate hand tools
-
Feel surfaces and visually inspect finished workpieces for quality
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures
What's Needed?

Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
-
2+ years related experience preferred
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Ability to operate orbital sander and safely use hand tools
