Full job description
1st and 2nd Shift Turret Operator $23-25/hr
Responsibilities
-
Load sheet metal into turret and related fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
-
Inspect parts and finished components to ensure quality and accuracy.
-
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
-
Learn machine setup procedures for turret, press brake, and punch press equipment.
-
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings.
-
Follow established fabrication and manufacturing processes.
-
Assist with machine programming after demonstrating setup proficiency.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work safely around production equipment.

Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.

Willingness to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility.

This position is based in a well-maintained sheet metal fabrication shop featuring modern press brakes, welding bays, updated lighting, and organized inventory systems. The facility offers a bright, open work environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr.
