An industry-leading technology company that develops advanced instrumentation and sensing solutions for the semiconductor, medical device, and industrial markets is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to join its growing engineering organization. This is a full-time role in Andover, MA onsite 5 days per week.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to develop products that directly impact some of the world's most advanced manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the field

  • Deep expertise in low-noise analog electronics and precision sensor design

  • Strong experience with embedded microprocessors and embedded systems

  • Strong understanding of instrumentation and measurement systems

  • Experience leading electronics development for complex multidisciplinary products

  • Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

  • Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and product development activities

  • Strong understanding of BOM management, ECO processes, and manufacturing documentation

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills

  • Instrumentation, metrology, or precision measurement experience

  • New Product Introduction experience

  • Experience with vacuum systems and vacuum sensor technology
