Responsibilities:

Ensure that the product is moved from the truck/railcar to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner.

Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.

Maintain a zero damage roll room at all times.

Pick and stage run-ready rolls for orders and load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Graduate or GED

Successful candidate must be willing to work any shift.

Certified industrial driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner.

Ability to safely operate a powered forklift, maintain and perform daily safety inspections in regard to the clamp truck, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform lockout/tag-out procedures on trailers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Starting salary for position: $26.50 per hour.

Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Paid Vacation: 3 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

11 Paid Holidays.

Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.

Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
