This position contributes to our vision by:
Coordinate product's engineering change implementation process, coordinating with engineering planner QA, Supply Chain, Operations.
Ensure rework is being processed for nonconforming product associated with engineering changes.
Understand and respect the QMS interfaces with the processes in whom it interacts.
Keep relevant information available as required for analysis.
Participate in the continuous improvement programs established in the Organization (Example: suggestion program, lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma, AS 9100, etc.).
Coordinates Changes Request (after originator does value trade analysis) with Project Engineer (Project Engineer rep), Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Program Manager, Tooling and Supply Chain.

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / industrial engineering related field required or six years related equivalent experience required.

Requires an addition one (1) year of experience with Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing environments.

One to three years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience in the ability to read and understand engineering blueprints, and parts lists preferred.

Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Ability to lead team projects successfully.

Proficiency in analytics and statistics.

Must have the ability to solve problems and think analytically.
