We’re looking for motivated HR professionals to join our team as Associate Human Resources Business Partner (Associate HRBP). In this role, you’ll support efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent while fostering a positive employee experience. You’ll help guide employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

As an embedded partner to business leaders, you’ll contribute to solving workplace challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting initiatives that drive team and company success. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Business Partner Engagement and Support

  • Supports the implementation of HR programs and policies to strengthen leadership engagement and employee relations.

  • Acts as an employee advocate and culture ambassador, promoting alignment with company values and a positive work environment.

  • Helps leverage HR tools (Workday/AskHR) and other critical processes as a value-added benefit for internal company business partners.

Total HR Support

  • Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the business has the skills needed to succeed.

  • Champions HR compliance needs and requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Contributes with training and development efforts by identifying gaps and coordinating learning opportunities.

  • Provides guidance and coaching to junior HR team members.

Operations & Insights

  • Provides guidance on policy interpretation and helps resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with leadership and provides coaching to business partners.

  • Uses data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.

  • Maintains visibility in the workplace to foster strong relationships and ensure HR practices are effectively applied.

WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related Field and 3+ years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Experience in team management/development or project leadership, preferred

  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.

  • Knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Payroll Database software.

  • Possesses specialized knowledge of HR systems, processes and procedures, including administration of benefits, compensation and other programs.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organization.

  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Strong reasoning and math skills.

  • Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time.

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
