Full job description
The Supply Success team manages Qogita's portfolio of over 500 active suppliers - owning the commercial relationships, performance, and operational health that keep the supply side of the platform running at scale.
As a Technical Implementation Intern, you’ll help make this growing supplier network scalable by supporting the systems, processes and tools that enable suppliers to work effectively with Qogita. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, operations and supplier success, gaining hands-on experience solving real-world problems in a fast-growing B2B marketplace.
- Help suppliers integrate their ERP and WMS systems with Qogita, providing technical guidance and hands-on support throughout implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across live integrations—diagnosing root causes, documenting patterns, and suggesting fixes.
- Build and improve internal workflows leveraging tools such as Retool and AI to drive process efficiency and scalability across the team.
- Support supplier and team adoption by creating clear guides, documentation templates, and troubleshooting resources.
- You are a driven and curious individual currently finalising studies for, or recently graduated with a degree in International Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
- You are a strong communicator in English, comfortable explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are eager to gain real-world experience working with integration systems, APIs, and enterprise software—and to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growing marketplace.
- You have a “get things done” attitude, and you are eager to learn and overcome any challenges to accomplish your tasks.
- You take ownership, ask questions, and care about delivering polished, reliable outputs.
