The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
Hourly Rate:
Cap 1: $39.88 – $48.22
Cap 2: $40.90 – $50.63

Make an Impact as a Dialysis Nurse

Patient Care: Monitor, assess, and support patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments.

Clinical Procedures: Perform vascular access, collect and analyze patient data, perform laboratory collection, administer medications, and dialysis treatment.

Equipment and Safety: Prepare and use dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and hygiene.

Documentation: Accurately record care plans and patient treatment data, and follow medical prescriptions and internal protocols.

Teamwork and Education: Collaborate with teams, act as a Team Leader, support initial and ongoing patient and family education, and help onboard and train staff members.
We're Looking for RNs Who Have

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing

Current state licensure
-
CPR BLS certification
-
At least 9 months of experience as an RN

Ability to meet the physical demands and working conditions of the role, including: moving patients; assisting with ambulation; heavy lifting up to 200 lbs.; lifting chemical and water solutions up to 30 lbs. as high as 5 feet; prolonged standing; bending and lifting; being exposed to infectious and/or contagious diseases/materials; desk/computer work; interacting with patients and medical teams. May require travel to training sites or other facilities.
