What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Assisting dealerships by answering inbound phone calls regarding automotive parts questions.

  • Making outbound calls and responding to emails to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Accurately recording information in various computer applications while managing multiple screens.

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.

  • Utilizing internal resources, standard operating procedures, and sound business judgment to resolve issues.

  • Proactively communicating with management and other dealerships as needed to deliver the best possible service.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).

  • Bring at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred).

  • Possess strong typing, telephone etiquette, email monitoring, and time management skills, including proficiency in Excel.

  • Can remain stationary for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, a quality-minded approach, and a team-oriented attitude.
