Full job description

Our client located in Washington, NC is seeking Assemblers to join their team. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and maintains exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Washington, NC

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Range: $14.50/hr - $16.50/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Assemble medical devices according to manufacturing instruments and operating procedures.

  • Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects, particulate matter, and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in a controlled manufacturing environment.

  • Cross-train in multiple production and support positions as directed by leadership.

  • Support team goals by assisting with training, coaching, and mentoring fellow team members.

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to read and understand operating instructions and manufacturing specifications.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to manipulate small components with the ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
