CNC Machine Operator – $22+/hr + Shift Differential

Looking for a manufacturing job with good pay, strong benefits, and room to grow? We're hiring CNC Machine Operators to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operating, CNC, production, or fabrication experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts

  • Load, unload, and package materials

  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documents

  • Measure and inspect parts for quality

  • Record production information and maintain documentation

  • Monitor equipment and report any issues

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping

  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience

  • Ability to read a tape measure

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Experience That's a Plus

  • CNC machining experience

  • CNC mill or lathe experience

  • Calipers and precision measurement tools

  • Blueprint reading experience

  • Fabrication or machining experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
