What You'll Be Doing
-
Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load materials.

Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining quality and service standards.

Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies.

Support plant operations by assisting with material handling and production activities as needed.
What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, or aggregate environment.

Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and communicate concerns effectively.

Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Reliable attendance and ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
