Job Description Rocket Learning is a high-growing ed-tech non-profit with the mission of catalysing early childhood education and community engagement in India. We work with the central government and state governments to impact over 5mn children. Established by a passionate founding group (IIT, IIM, HBS, Rochester, MBB, start-up alumni) Board and backed by reputed funders, we are a diverse team of passionate, energetic, and optimistic folks with a shared ambition of transforming India’s education system.

Title: District Coordinator - Rajasthan

Location - Jaipur, Kota, Karauli, Dausa, Baran, Jhalawar, Bikaner, Didwana- kuchaman, Nagaur, Banswara

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in any field-related profile.

  • Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.

Key Results

  1. Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.

  2. Support to the Program Managers

Key Responsibilities

  1. Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time.

  2. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers.

  3. Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.

  4. Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship

  5. Basic knowledge of MS Office

  6. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers

  7. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn quickly.

  8. Mission-driven, optimistic, and enthusiastic, with a belief in achieving transformational change.
