About the Role

If you're looking for a unique and exciting growth opportunity in the marketing research

and consulting space, then look no further! We are looking for a confident and

passionate experienced Manager to work on a portfolio of clients within the FMCG

sector in Kenya.

The Client Manager will be responsible for driving high-impact strategic client delivery

powered by consumer and shopper panel data purchase measurement, translating real

consumer behaviour into clear, actionable growth strategies for FMCG clients in kenya .

Beyond delivery, the role is accountable for commercialising consumer panel solutions

— driving revenue growth through stronger client partnerships and strategic engagements.

Role Overview

  • Build and maintain client relations and act as trusted partner for clients- be

the main contact and lead on FMCG client/s

  • Deliver high-quality, insight-led analyses and recommendations based on

consumer and shopper panel data.

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of quantitative data and

ability to draw accurate causal linkages.

  • Strong capability in consumer panel research, including translating longitudinal

behaviour into growth strategy

  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of the FMCG sector and make relevant

recommendations to the client.

  • Demonstrates a sound knowledge of consumer behaviour, the

FMCG sector, market trends in Kenya and make relevant recommendations to

clients

  • Proven ability to create and expand network of contacts

within the FMCG manufacturing sector business in Kenya

  • Support clients in driving business growth and achieving positive outcomes

through the effective utilization of consumer panel data.

  • Manage your workload, establish priorities, and proactively find solutions to

meet client demands.

  • Deliver presentations that meet client objectives, highlighting relevant patterns

and implications, and offering actionable recommendations based on shopper

data and insights.

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by widening your

network, identifying client issues, and co-creating innovative solutions with our

data.

Role Requirements & Capabilities

  • At least 8 years’ proven experience in consumer research and shopper insights

preferably in a reputable market research organization.

  • Proven experience developing and managing successful FMCG clients

relationships independently.

  • The ability to interpret and communicate complex consumer datasets and

translate findings into practical business recommendations.

  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to confidently

articulate insightful and impactful presentations.

  • Curious nature, possessing strong analytical skills and a true enthusiasm for

understanding consumer behaviour.

  • Strong commercial instinct — able to identify, shape, and unlock revenue

opportunities from shopper insight work

  • Optimistic attitude, willing to get involved and contribute to the team's goals

and objectives.

  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively in diverse cultural

and technical environments.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect

with partners across all levels of the organization and facilitate constructive

discussions.

  • Lead a team of researchers to service clients.
