  • Coaching your team on qualification and discovery, helping them identify customer needs, pains, and desired business outcomes to build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI

  • Taking a hands-on approach by regularly joining prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression and closure

  • Forecasting your team's monthly revenue attainment accurately and using data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to team and customer success

  • Partnering with cross-functional colleagues across Go-To-Market, Product, and Leadership to drive and close business

  • Becoming a domain expert on digitisation and the UK social care market, offering credible perspectives that shape strategy and customer conversations

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • 3+ years of individual contributor experience in a B2B sales environment, plus 2+ years managing a team of high-performing sales reps

  • Proven success as a top performer, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and raising the bar on personal and team performance

  • In-depth knowledge of how to manage a pipeline of deals consultatively, proactively and effectively, using data to inspire and enable your team

  • Ability to communicate and teach complex problems and processes simply and effectively, alongside a data-driven approach to forecasting and sales process refinement

  • Ability to commute to our Central London office 2 days per week (hybrid working model)

  • Sincere interest in the social care sector and the QCS mission to raise the standard of care

  • A knack for working collaboratively and empathetically within a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment, while remaining adaptable and resilient
