Position Description:

Duties :

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.

Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need

Handle meal planning and preparation

Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas

Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
-
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals
-
Document tasks and create care notes for each visit

Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality

Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
What we’re looking for:

A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

[If Applicable] A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required.

Access to reliable transportation.

Previous experience as a caregiver with special needs clients is a bonus.

Starting Salary Range: $19-21
