Position: Maintenance Mechanic I
Location: Henderson, KY
Wage: $29.68 - $43.74 (Depending on experience)
Shift: Must be ok with both 2nd and 3rd shift

While reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the following job description outlines the essential functions of each level of role within the tooling department. The following lists are not exhaustive, and the employee in each of these roles is expected to assume any and all duties assigned by management irrespective of whether such duties are specifically included in the following.
What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshoots, repairs and adjusts equipment as needed
Performs equipment changeovers according to production demands
Provides preventative maintenance to plant equipment
Rebuilds presses and support equipment
Evaluates/maintains hand tools for condition and compliance
Familiar with Mechanical Prints, knowledge of motors and controls, troubleshooting skills
PLC programming is a plus
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
Continuous improvement of skills as outlined by the maintenance training matrix
Effective communication skills including the ability to receive and follow direction and provide feedback as requested; as well as with other maintenance employees
Works cooperatively with teammate as a natural work team
Work schedule is 40-48 hours/week plus overtime requirements
Carry out additional duties as requested by supervisor
Accurate documentation of maintenance records using CMMS System
We'd love to hear from you if:
Successful completion of an accredited electromechanical associated degree or equivalent schooling/experience
Successful completion of ACT Work Keys Assessments at minimum requirements
Completion of mechanical aptitude testing at minimum requirement
Possess mechanical, machinist, or electrical background
Ability to lift 10#-50#, often carrying up to 20#
Bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching frequently
