Mammo Tech - PRN/Registry

Location: Mishawaka, IN Schedule: Flex: 7:30AM - 4:00PM M-F; Dept open until 7pm

Screen: Diagnostic mammograms, bone density exams and assist with procedures.

About the Role

Operates mammography equipment to obtain high‑quality mammographic images in accordance with ACR guidelines and departmental protocols. Independently performs patient positioning, image acquisition, and equipment adjustments to ensure optimal diagnostic results. Works collaboratively with radiologists by assisting with examinations, including sterile procedures and other clinical support tasks as needed.

Here's What You'll Need

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Experience

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

  • One year of mammography experience preferred.

Licensure & Certification

  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) .
  • Licensed Radiographer in the State of Indiana .
  • Holds the ARRT advanced certification in Mammography , or has completed an approved mammography training course and will obtain the ARRT advanced certificate within 60 days of hire.
