Position Details:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week (32 clinical, 8 admin)

  • No after-hours call or weekend coverage

  • Team-based care: Work alongside 3 MDs and 1 NP-PCP.

  • Patient Population: Full lifespan (newborns to adults)

  • Care Model: Collaborative, team-based primary care

  • Work-Life Balance: Supported by practice transformation initiatives and top-tier quality metrics across the state

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits across all age groups.

  • Formulate evidence-based diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with supervising/partner physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Order, interpret, and track diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.

  • Educate patients and families on preventive health, health maintenance, and disease management.

  • Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Master’s in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year practicing as an APP in Primary Care. 3+ years preferred.

  • Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts (or eligible).

  • Certifications: National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

  • Controlled Substances: Valid DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR).

Pay Range:

$117,000.00 USD - $191,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
