Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and expenses and assist in preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for the Finance and Accounting Management teams.

Assist in the preparation and review of journal entries during the month end close process.

Support the annual standard cost update process.

Establish and maintain the relationship with our 3PL providers that manage our Finished Goods inventory at Distribution Centers across the network.

Implement, monitor, and enhance accounting procedures and internal controls.

Partner with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to provide financial analysis in support of forecasting and strategic initiatives.

Lead bi-annual cycle count audits that are performed at each Distribution Center throughout the network that maintains Finished Goods Inventory for TPNA.

Partner with Tempur Retail Store Managers to support their monthly Cycle Counts and reconciliation process.

Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments on business objectives.

Assist in enhancing the synergistic relationship between TPNA's cross-campus accounting partners.

Prepare and review documentation to assist internal and external auditors.

Support management through ad-hoc reporting, analysis and special projects, as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in accounting.

3 years of relevant experience/training

CPA license/CPA candidate is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Travel, evening and weekend work may be required.
