School Psychologist (Full-Time, 2026–2027 School Year)
Maryland
Full-Time | 35 hours/week | 37-week contract
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking two qualified School Psychologists to join the Department of Student Services for the 2026–2027 school year . This is a full-time, in-person role supporting students across two school sites .
The School Psychologist will play a critical role in supporting students with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs, as well as assisting in the evaluation and qualification process for special education and additional services.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site psychological services to students within district schools
-
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
-
Support student mental health and emotional well-being
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
-
Assist with IEP development and eligibility determinations
-
Maintain accurate documentation using MaxView charting system
-
Ensure compliance with all professional and state standards
Minimum Requirements
-
Active Maryland School Psychologist License (required)
-
Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred)
-
Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations (preferred)

Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
-
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
-
TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray if required)

Current health certificate (per regulations)

Must be at least 18 years of age
