Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and career-focused Engineering Technologist II to join our team in support of USN/BMD Programs. As a USN/BMD Baseline Coordinator, you will provide independent engineering and technical support to the U.S. Government Project Lead, working collaboratively with a team of engineers, technologists, and military veterans. This role requires a strong understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process and experience with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience in planning and management at the project level

Understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process

Familiarity with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles (desirable)

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; OR equivalent experience (AEGIS Veteran)

Strong communication skills and ability to learn and work well with others

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
