Schedule: Onsite M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Insight Global is hiring an Archive Support Generalist to support the historical archives department of our leading Retail client in Beaverton, OR. We are looking for self-starters with an interest in operations, the history of sport and culture, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Archive Operations Support:

Practice proper procedures to ensure artifacts are conditioned, stored, moved, and packed appropriately

Enter artifact information and details into the museum management system

Perform physical movement of shipments, receipts, and archive items

Manage supplies necessary for archive operations

Support the training of peers or volunteers

Document new and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Provide a weekly report of accomplishments and next steps

Creative and Studio Project Support:

Take direction from functional workstream leaders to support in any way necessary

Execute on assigned project tasks to support the functional workstream leads

Suggest and implement operations and project process improvements
