Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Fiber Technician to support the installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optic infrastructure within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center environments. This individual will serve as the on-site technical lead, overseeing daily activities of fiber technicians while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer quality standards.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of fiber optic installation experience.
2+ years of experience leading crews or serving in a Lead Technician role.
Experience supporting data center, telecommunications, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of single-mode and multi-mode fiber systems.
Experience with fiber termination, fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and fiber certification.
