Job Description
An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire a BIM Coordinator for a hyper-scale project in Childress, TX. This person will be responsible for serving as the technical BIM advisor at the field office. Further responsibilities include BIM set-up, standards development, establishing data exchange standards, coordinate and manage model families run clash detection studies, maintain model libraries and ensure construction geometry is accurate and presented clearly to field crews. This is a yearlong contract opportunity with possible extensions. We can offer pay between $35/hr to $50/hr but exact compensation may vary based on education and experience. This role also is eligible for daily per diem of $160/daily, workforce housing is provided with premium amenities (24/7 food provided, individual guest suites with en-suite bathrooms, health and fitness amenities, recreation lounges, and RV hookups are available).

Skills and Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in the construction, architecture, engineering or AEC industries.
- Proficiency with Procore to review submittals and RFIs.
- Proficiency with Navisworks to run clash reports and fly models. - Bachelor's Degree
Experience on advanced manufacturing projects such as semiconductor fabs, data centers, etc.
- Familiarity with Newforma technologies as a BIM coordination tool.
