Full job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Assemblers/West Bend to join their team. As Assemblers/West Bend, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the assembly of high-quality OEM and SCAG products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assemblers/West Bend
Location: West Bend, WI
Pay Range: $18–$20/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
What's the Job?

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly.

Gather necessary materials, tools, and subassemblies for production tasks.

Assemble components with precision, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening.

Measure completed parts to verify they meet specified dimensions and quality standards.

Support production operations by troubleshooting issues and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

Ability to read basic blueprints and understand torque values.

Strong basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for most of the shift.
