Day to Day:
Responsible for preparing detailed and accurate construction estimates from concept through bid completion. Leads quantity takeoffs, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, bid leveling, scope analysis, budget development, and proposal strategy while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to deliver competitive and complete project proposals.

5+ years of Commercial construction estimating experience

Strong quantity takeoff and quantity survey experience

Experience soliciting and leveling subcontractor/vendor bids

Ability to identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risk factors

Experience developing conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications

Experience developing project schedules, crew productions, and durations

Proficiency with:
o Timberline (Estimating Extended)
o On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
o Procore
o Microsoft Project
o Excel & Microsoft Office

Ability to manage large, complex estimates independently Preferred

Design-Build project experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,

Conceptual estimating experience

Experience with commercial, healthcare, restaurant, food service, warehouse, and renovation projects

Leadership or mentoring experience
