Deburr Operator | 1st & 3rd Shift Available

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Deburr, grind, polish, and finish metal parts

• Perform visual quality inspections

• Operate basic production and grinding equipment

• Complete high-volume production work while maintaining quality

• Keep your work area safe and organized

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, assembly, or deburring experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience with grinding equipment is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roscoe, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
