Maintenance Technician

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Maintenance Technician position in Richmond, CA. • Weekly paycheck

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic equipment issues

• Support light construction, fabrication, and assembly tasks

• Execute routine inspections, checklists, and SOPs to maintain compliance

• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and repairs

• Support waste handling, material staging, and basic environmental compliance tasks

• Maintain work logs, parts tracking, and maintenance documentation

• Assist with small projects, installations, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction-related work

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability

• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems safely

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
