Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Maintenance Technician position in Richmond, CA. Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across facility systems
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic equipment issues
-
Support light construction, fabrication, and assembly tasks
-
Execute routine inspections, checklists, and SOPs to maintain compliance
-
Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and repairs

Support waste handling, material staging, and basic environmental compliance tasks
-
Maintain work logs, parts tracking, and maintenance documentation
-
Assist with small projects, installations, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
-
4–6 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction-related work
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability
-
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems safely
-
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
-
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
