Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer to support nuclear surety efforts related to the development, integration, testing, operation, and sustainment of complex defense systems. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical national security programs while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Support systems engineering and integration activities for complex hardware and software systems.

Perform technical analysis, requirements evaluation, and system verification efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives and system lifecycle activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable safety, security, and certification requirements.

Provide technical recommendations and support system development initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

7+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or related experience (5+ years with a Master's degree).

Active Secret Clearance

Experience analyzing and integrating complex hardware and software systems.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Active Top Secret Clearance

Masters Degree
-
Experience with MBSE and tools such as Cameo and DOORS.

Knowledge of systems engineering processes and methodologies.

Familiarity with nuclear safety, nuclear security, or strategic defense programs.

Understanding of certification and compliance requirements for highly regulated systems.

Experience supporting government or defense-related programs.
