You will report to the BDC Manager.
This is an on-site position in Wappingers Falls, NY.
What You'll Do
The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator develops, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.

You will lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved customer relations processes, to assure our customer's perspective comes first.

Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by observations and conducting meetings with the GSM/LSMS Coordinator, this will keep all team members thinking about our customers.

Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention

Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.

Use your skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.

Use phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.

Use phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Other tasks as assigned.
What You'll Bring

1+ years experience with sales or Telemarketing preferable.

Experience in the following fields: phone sales, business development, customer service, preferable.

Demonstrate professional attitude with all potential clients/customers.

First-class verbal and written skills.

You will organize and motivate yourself.

Work as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks.

You're able to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Est. Annual Compensation ranges from $45,000.00-$80,000.00
Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
