Educational Diagnostician (2 Openings)
Greenville, TX | Full-Time | Onsite | $50/Hour ($2,000 Weekly)
Amergis Educational Services is actively hiring two Educational Diagnosticians for a school-based opportunity in Greenville, Texas . We are seeking dedicated professionals to support students through comprehensive evaluations, testing, eligibility determination, and participation in the special education process.
These are full-time, onsite positions (40 hours per week) with opportunities to work with either a High School caseload or an Elementary School caseload . Candidates should be flexible, as some floating and substitute coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations
-
Administer and interpret assessment tools
-
Complete evaluation reports and eligibility documentation

Participate in and lead ARD meetings
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
-
Ensure compliance with state and district special education regulations
-
Provide recommendations to support student success
-
Assist with floating and substitute coverage as needed
Qualifications
-
Master's Degree in Education or related field
-
Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong assessment, report-writing, and communication skills
-
Knowledge of Texas special education regulations and ARD processes

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s Degree preferred

Teaching experience preferred

Certification as required by State and/or contract Regulations

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
