The Assembler (Sewing) is responsible for assembling products by sewing fabric and other materials according to specified patterns and quality standards. This role involves operating sewing machines and related equipment to construct, repair, or alter products, ensuring accuracy, durability, and adherence to production schedules. The assembler must maintain high-quality workmanship, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

Remove cut patters from cart and stack on sewing table

Assemble patterns and sew as required pockets as needed

Turn bag right side out if required and inspect for defects

Place on conveyor for wire assembly if required

Sew in stays as required, inspect for defects, package into box

Keep records of quantities and time as required

High School Diploma

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 30 lbs

Some standing, sitting, pushing, pulling required
