As an Product Quality at Stockbit, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our fintech products. You will work closely with Product, Developer, and other QA teams to validate features, identify issues early, and ensure every release meets our quality standards.
This role puts you in the user's perspective and thus requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective improvements. Most importantly, you don't need any QA experience to excel at this role.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Test new features manually and releases of our trading application, using real scenarios
- Simulate real user flows (buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, charts, portfolio, etc.)
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and confusing user experiences
- Clearly document issues and reproduce steps for the product & engineering team
- Provide feedback on usability, edge cases, and trading logic
- Think like a user to shape a product that is investor-first
What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with trading or investing apps (stocks, crypto, derivatives, etc.) is a must
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about “what happens if…”
- Ability to think like a user, not just follow a checklist
- Curious about building tech products
- Comfortable using mobile and/or web applications daily
- Clear written communication
- Experience working in an Agile or Srcum environment is a plus
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities. Preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, finance or related fields
- Prior experience in Business or System analyst or in trading or brokerage is a plus.
- No prior experience in QA needed.
- Familiar with project management and/or documentation software.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about technology, especially web & mobile applications
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
