3 Month Contract To Hire

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep experience in Sitecore XP 10.4, .NET/C#, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to support and enhance our enterprise web platform. This role will be heavily focused on the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of our current on-premises Sitecore environment, making strong hands-on Sitecore 10 experience a critical requirement.

Over the next 18-24 months, this individual will also play a key role in our CMS modernization efforts as we transition to a cloud-based digital experience platform, with Optimizely currently identified as the target future-state solution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting the current platform while helping architect and implement the next generation of content management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within a Sitecore XP 10.4 environment.

Support and enhance enterprise web applications built on .NET, C#, and backend API services.

Develop modern front-end experiences utilizing React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues across the CMS platform.

Partner with architects and technical leadership on the migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.

Contribute to the design and implementation of API-first and cloud architectures.

Build reusable components and services that can support both current and future-state platforms.

Participate in application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP 10.x, preferably 10.4.

Extensive experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and REST API development.

Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise CMS-driven applications.

Strong understanding of web application architecture, integrations, and content management systems.

Experience working within Agile development environments.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Optimizely CMS.

Experience leading or participating in CMS migration or replatforming initiatives.

Experience with headless CMS architecture and API-first content delivery models.

Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
