Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Ambulatory RN, you will be the primary point of contact for many of our patients, providing compassionate care, expert clinical guidance, and fostering a trusting and supportive environment throughout their outpatient journey. Your dedication to patient advocacy and clear communication will be paramount in ensuring positive health outcomes and an excellent patient experience.
Every day, you will leverage your critical thinking skills and clinical expertise to manage a diverse patient caseload, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients on chronic disease management, preventative care, and post-procedure instructions.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a proven track record of maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory standards. Your proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and empathetic communication style will be key to thriving in our fast-paced and collaborative clinic environment.

Current Washington state licensure as an RN

Pay Range
$43.51 - $71.12 / hour
