LOCATION:Dixie Elementary School in New Lebanon, OH

PAY:$14.50 per hour

SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar

Morning Program: 7:00 - 8:15 am

Afternoon Program: 3:05 - 6:00 pm

Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Program Quality:Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll

  • Staffing:The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids

  • Compliance:The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day

  • Inventory:The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.

  • Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.

  • Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.

  • Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
