LOCATION:Dixie Elementary School in New Lebanon, OH
PAY:$14.50 per hour
SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar
Morning Program: 7:00 - 8:15 am
Afternoon Program: 3:05 - 6:00 pm
Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.

Program Quality:Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll

Staffing:The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids

Compliance:The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day

Inventory:The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.

Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
-
Must be warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills, professional, reliable, and prompt.

Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with the children.
