Full job description
This position is located at McCoy's, which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. This position will have a first cut off of Aug 11, 2026, and applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": One year experience managing and training staff. The above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities to include administrative support. Sets the pace and works with employees. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Maintains clean and orderly work areas. Performs food service and cashiering duties as required. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis. Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives. Performs other duties as assigned.
