McDonald’s Lobby Attendant Job Description

A McDonald’s Lobby Attendant is a front-of-house role that supports the restaurant’s operations and customer experience in the lobby area. This position is often part of the broader Crew Member team, which also includes cashier, cook, and other service roles Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources+1.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with orders, and provide a friendly, respectful experience Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.

• Food Preparation Support: Help with prep tasks such as frying, nugget cooking, fish, chicken, and other menu items when needed Indeed.

• Stocking & Restocking: Ensure the lobby and dining areas are well-stocked with food, drink bags, sauces, and other supplies Indeed.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Mop floors, clean restrooms, wipe down tables and kiosks, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Indeed+1.

• Game Tables & Play Areas: Clean and maintain game tables, playland areas, and other customer spaces Indeed.

• Trash & Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner Indeed.

• Team Support: Assist other crew members, including fry cooks, during busy periods Indeed.

• Event Support: Help with special events, birthday parties, and seasonal activities Indeed.

Typical Pay & Schedule

• Estimated hourly pay: Around $10.49–$10.50/hour based on employee data

• Schedule: Often part-time or weekend shifts, with some full-time opportunities depending on the location.
