Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a proactive and technically curious DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building reliable internal infrastructure and improving engineering workflows through automation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enhance internal tools, and help ensure stable and efficient services for engineering, security, and other internal teams.

The role is based in Poland .

Team composition: 1 Product owner, 1 Technical Lead, 4 DevOps Engineers.

Tech Stack:

  • Monitoring : Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog
  • Operating Systems : Unix-like (CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu), Windows Server
  • Languages : Ready to work with Python, SQL, optional: Groovy, PowerShell
  • Containers : Docker (and similar container runtimes)
  • Orchestration & Service Mesh : Kubernetes, Istio
  • CI/CD Systems : Jenkins, TeamCity
  • Cloud services : Azure/AWS (optional)
  • Others : Git, Terraform, Ansible, IIS, SVN Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize automation for CI/CD pipelines (builds, quality checks, deployments, e2e testing, performance testing, etc), enabling faster and safer releases for R&D teams.
  • Develop and maintain tools and services for development teams, security teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain advanced monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance systems, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of issues.
