Job Duties

IDR is seeking a Project Assistant. The role involves providing project coordination support for Complex Change Requests (CCRs) within Clinical Systems Operations/Clinical Systems Strategy PMO. This remote position combines structured coordination, intake validation, scoping, timeline development, deliverable tracking, meeting documentation, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and follow-through. It requires collaboration across Solution Teams, Informatics, IT build teams, CSE, HIMS, and Operations to ensure timely execution and alignment between technical teams and practice requesters. The position involves working in an environment that emphasizes structured project support without formal project criteria, contributing to continuous healthcare operational improvements.

Position Overview for the Project Assistant:

Provide project coordination support for Complex Change Requests within Clinical Systems Operations/Strategy PMO.

Assist with intake validation, scoping, and timeline development for CCRs.

Track deliverables, document meetings, and communicate with stakeholders.

Escalate risks and ensure follow-through on project activities.

Coordinate across Solution Teams, Informatics, IT build teams, CSE, HIMS, and Operations to meet project timelines.

Requirements for the Project Assistant:

Associates degree in business, healthcare, finance, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of business experience, including participation on a project team.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Experience managing timelines, deliverables, follow-up items, and meeting documentation.

Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Comfort working across multiple teams and tracking work in structured systems.
