Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

Shift: 08:00 AM to 4:30PM

Shift: 10 hour days with OT

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and processing items for storage and shipment according to procedures and customer requirements

• Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, quantity, and documentation

• Working in various warehouse environments, including room temperature, cold, and freezer areas

• Safely operating distribution equipment and learning to drive equipment up to 30 feet high (training provided)

• Lifting up to 40 pounds independently and being on your feet for up to ten hours

• Maintaining a high level of accuracy to ensure timely and correct delivery of products

• Communicating effectively with internal personnel and demonstrating strong customer service skills

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a stable work history without multiple short-term positions (required)

• Are attentive, ask thoughtful questions, and are eager to learn during training and facility tours

• Are comfortable working at heights and in cold/freezer environments

• Are able to work 10-hour shifts with flexible start times (schedule provided day prior)

• Can lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and stand for extended periods

• Possess basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse operations and equipment

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong attendance record
