Full job description
As a Settlement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution, reconciliation, and reporting of daily transactions related to mutual fund operations. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with regulations, handling settlement activities with custodians and banks, and supporting reporting to both management and regulators.
Responsibilities:

Handle daily transaction settlement activities and monitor fund suspensions.

Reconcile daily transactions across related parties to ensure accurate settlement processes.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports; and ensure compliance with OJK and related regulations.

Maintain accurate records for audit documentation.

Handle client and partner communications, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Capital Market (preferred), Finance, Accounting, or Management
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations/Settlement within APERD, Custodian Bank, Securities, or Investment Manager preferred

Strong knowledge of the S-Invest system

Licensed in WAPERD is a plus

Personal experience as a mutual fund investor (having and transacting mutual funds) is required

Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation tools)

Strong initiative, attention to detail, and analytical skills

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
