Looking for well rounded renovation and construction individuals needed to drywall installs and finishing, painting, electrical, basic plumbing, general carpentry and finish work, flooring and countertop experience.

Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus!

Key Responsibilities – Construction Crew Member

  • Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily in buildings across the NHS footprint. (Will require travel and some overnight stays)

  • Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting

  • Documenting completed work

  • Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner

  • Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled.

Key Requirements – Maintenance Tech

  • At least one year of experience performing building renovation

  • HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred

  • Valid driver’s license is required
