Assembler/ Grinder

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler/ Grinder in Meadville, PA. This role is responsible for assembling components and performing grinding and finishing work to ensure parts meet quality and safety standards. Starting pay is $20 an hour. Responsibilities for this Assembler/ Grinder job include:

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions or blueprints

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

• Perform grinding, sanding, and deburring of metal or fabricated parts

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, assembly, or grinding preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure and basic prints

• Experience using grinders, sanders, and hand tools

• Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
