The Sort Center Interim Trainer will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding. The overall objective of this role is to support high volume on-boarding and training. The Seasonal Trainer will achieve this objective by: - Executing all standard Interim Trainer tasks as outlined on Seasonal Trainer Standard Work Checklist - Effectively executing network standard training plans - Training ambassadors to deliver network standard training - Auditing ambassador training delivery - Providing ongoing support to the ambassadors - Directly coaching associates to improve job performance will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding. The overall objective of this role is to support high volume on-boarding and training. The Interim Trainer will achieve this objective by: - Executing all standard Interim Trainer tasks as outlined on Interim Trainer Standard Work Checklist - Effectively executing network standard training plans - Training ambassadors to deliver network standard training - Auditing ambassador training delivery - Providing ongoing support to the ambassadors - Directly coaching associates to improve job performance
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
