Description

We are seeking a full time Program Coordinator for our location in New Brighton!

Program Coordinator responsibilities:

Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed

Assist with schedule changes

Ensure completed documentation

Provide quality personal care services and health-related services

Program Coordinator Qualifications:

A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting

Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities

Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community
