Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately, but the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve. We’re looking for Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management/Supply Clerk to support operations at our new Central Fill Pharmacy in Springfield, MO . Minimum Qualifications: 1 year experience in supply management. Salary: The pay range would be $16.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s experience. . Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on business needs. Sponsorship Availability: No What You'll Do:

  • Manages supply deliveries by unloading supplies from trailer manually or with powered equipment; sorting and distributing supplies to appropriate location; and conducting on-hand supply counts.

  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

  • Maintains inventory by ordering merchandise; tracking purchase orders; keying and maintaining data ; and preparing, reviewing, and analyzing logs and forms.

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

  • Assists in preparations for upcoming resource or information needs by staying informed of business objectives, initiatives, and program or product launches; reviewing seasonal trends and historical data; developing and recommending processes to support business changes ; and working with management to finalize and implement solutions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.80 - $25.20* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
