Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
-
Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
-
Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor treatment progress.
-
Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation.
-
Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.
-
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.
-
Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback to RBTs.
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, educators, and caregivers.
-
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
-
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies.
-
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
-
Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date

Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology
-
Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Interest in professional development and advancement

Solid communication skills
Qualifications:
-
Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.

Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
-
Active state licensure (if required by state regulations).
-
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-
Ability to travel locally to client homes, schools, and community settings.
