Who You Are We’re looking for someone who is driven, approachable, task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed.

What We Look For

Minimum 1-3+ years of successfully leading fitness/sales teams to achieve business goals.

Sell yourself, train others to sell and move the numbers of the business.

Lead generation experience with community outreach, events, B2B relationships, etc.

Worked in a high energy, fast paced environment and achieved results.

Ability to take on new challenges and be open to growth and innovation.

Flexible work schedule needed; location is open Mon-Sun.
Compensation: $60,000 based on previous experience and qualification fit to this position.
